We are looking for an Account Director who will be responsible for exceeding sales and profit goals. The core responsibilities of this role include managing client relationships, expanding account portfolios, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will develop strong business relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and provide superior customer experiences. The Account Director will oversee a book of business valued at a minimum of £50 million annually.

As an Account Director at CDW, you will ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while creating an environment that reflects the CDW way. You will collaborate with the team to develop sales plans, strategies for improving performance, and achieving set goals. Additionally, you will manage resources for customers including technology specialists and vendor partners. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, participating in customer-facing activities, developing account strategies alongside Account Managers, and effectively communicating across the organization.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have proven leadership skills along with at least three years of sales management experience or equivalent qualifications. Knowledge of the Dubai market is essential for success in this position. Strong interpersonal skills, consultative selling experience, adaptability to change, exceptional time management abilities, and attention to detail are also crucial requirements for this role. Traveling up to 20% for customer meetings or events might be necessary.
