The Account Director will play a crucial role in driving sales and exceeding profit goals. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, expanding account portfolios, and working closely with the team to achieve sales targets. This position involves developing strong business relationships with customers to enhance loyalty through exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will manage a book of business valued at a minimum of £50 Million PA.

Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, developing sales plans, collaborating with the team on strategies to improve performance, managing resources for customers including technology specialists and vendor partners, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate must possess proven leadership skills, strong consultative selling experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels within the organization.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a degree or equivalent experience with at least three years of sales management experience or a minimum of three years of management experience with direct reports plus two years of successful track record in sales within the UAE market. Additionally, applicants should have demonstrated expertise in hiring, motivating, coaching diverse teams and executing strategic account development plans.
