As the Manager of Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will play a pivotal role in guiding strategic financial decision-making within our organization. Reporting directly to the Corporate FP&A Leadership in the Region, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions to provide valuable insights that support our company's growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with senior management to align financial strategies with business goals and partnering with local and regional leadership to advance CECO’s international growth initiatives.

Your duties will include managing the Annual Operating Plan by designing and implementing a comprehensive financial roadmap for the upcoming year. You will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts while standardizing reporting processes to effectively communicate actuals compared to forecasts and budgets. Additionally, you will partner with Finance and non-finance teams regionally to conduct business reviews with CECO’s leadership team. Developing accurate predictive models for revenue forecasting and margin changes will be crucial in ensuring financial targets are met.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (MBA/CPA preferred) along with at least 10 years of experience in FP&A departments. Strong financial modeling skills are essential as well as familiarity with financial reporting systems such as TM1/COGNOS or D365. The ideal candidate should demonstrate change leadership qualities, establish constructive relationships at all organizational levels, present complex ideas clearly, have strong business acumen, analytical mindset, flexibility in working across different time zones globally.
