The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 6-8 years of overall work experience, with at least 4 years specifically in the UAE from an Accounting and Auditing Firm. Educational qualifications such as ACCA/CMA/Chartered Accountant/M.com/CA Inter are preferred. The Finance Manager will be responsible for a range of tasks including preparation of financial statements, account finalization, internal auditing, MIS reporting, bank reconciliation, and financial & compliance review of all accounts. Additionally, they will handle client concerns effectively through client visits and initial meetings.
Candidates should possess hands-on experience with various accounting software, a thorough knowledge of IFRS and its applicability, and be proficient in English. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for training team members and ensuring smooth operations within the finance department. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
