As the Finance Manager at Citylink Shuttle, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, as well as managing cash flow effectively. You will analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic guidance to senior management to support business growth. Additionally, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with UAE regulations and international accounting standards.

In this role, you will lead the finance and accounts team by providing mentorship and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for conducting performance reviews, providing training to enhance team capabilities, and coordinating with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits. Furthermore, you will collaborate with senior management to present financial reports and insights while liaising with banks, government authorities, and other external stakeholders as required.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (a Master's degree or professional certification is preferred) along with 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, VAT, IFRS, proficiency in accounting software such as SAP or Oracle, advanced Excel skills are essential. Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, strong leadership qualities are also key requirements for this role.
