We are currently seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving ClearGrid's financial strategy and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with international standards, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, develop budgets and forecasts to support business strategy, analyze financial performance for cost optimization opportunities, manage payroll processes accurately and timely, monitor cash flow and vendor payments, provide leadership in strategic financial planning for business growth initiatives, deliver actionable insights to guide decision-making by the executive team, prepare financial reports for investors and stakeholders while maintaining clear communication on key metrics and business performance.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CFA/CMA/ACCA certification preferred), a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within a fast-paced startup or technology-driven environment.
