As the Manager - Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by analyzing relevant data alongside the Financial Reporting team. You will be responsible for managing retail business data, providing real-time information to various business functions within the retail team. Additionally, you will coordinate letting activity and rent roll reports across our retail portfolio, liaising with leasing managers and asset managers on a day-to-day basis.

In this role, you will analyze trends among retail customers and tenants to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts. You will prepare performance analysis reports for leasing managers based on weekly LCs and contribute to mid-year and annual valuation processes. Furthermore, you will actively participate in enhancing retail software systems and provide support during internal and external audits.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in retail management or finance with experience in data analysis and reporting.
