As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring top-notch customer service, and maximizing profitability. Your key duties will include overseeing day-to-day operations, developing sales strategies, monitoring budgets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also play a crucial role in staff training and development to foster a positive work culture and deliver exceptional service.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience as a GM or AGM in an upscale standalone restaurant setting. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability are essential. Additionally, you must possess in-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control. Experience working in Dubai or the Middle East is highly desirable.
