As the Senior Vice President – Portfolio Financial Control, you will play a crucial role in leading the financial strategy, investment planning, and governance for our portfolio. Your responsibilities will include overseeing funding, risk management, and financial compliance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and government requirements. You will also be responsible for managing financial reporting, optimizing capital allocation, and establishing a structured financial closeout and handover plan.

In this role, you will define and execute the portfolio-wide financial strategy while acting as the primary financial interface between our organization and government funding entities. You will lead financial governance and risk management efforts to ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements. Additionally, you will oversee financial planning, cost forecasting, fund drawdowns, cost-benefit analysis, opportunity cost evaluation, funding prioritization, investment approval processes, scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, financial controls establishment, reporting mechanisms implementation for portfolio-wide integrity maintenance.
