Cost Controller

As a Cost Controller, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing detailed project budgets to ensure accurate forecasting and tracking of expenses. Collaborating with project managers and department heads, you will gather input on project financial needs and align budgetary goals. Conducting regular audits of financial records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations will be essential. Additionally, you will analyze labor costs, optimize workforce efficiency, identify opportunities for cost savings, and present actionable strategies to upper management.

The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis within a project-based environment, certification in Cost Management (e.g., CCP, CMA) is highly desirable. Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities with attention to detail are necessary. Excellent communication skills are required to convey financial information clearly while working collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset to support diverse team communication.
