Facility Manager - Corporate Facilities Management

Our company, a leading retail organization in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee our corporate facilities management. As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing facilities management strategies to enhance the overall performance of our corporate locations. This includes designing seamless transfer capabilities for new facilities, managing maintenance, inspection, safety protocols, and overseeing facility-related policies and procedures. You will also be tasked with managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related fields with at least 5 years of experience in facilities management within corporate environments. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role as you will be managing large teams and collaborating with stakeholders regularly. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is crucial along with excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is advantageous).
