Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related fields with at least 5 years of experience in facilities management within corporate environments. Strong leadership skills are essential for this role as you will be managing large teams and collaborating with stakeholders regularly. Knowledge of industry regulations and standards is crucial along with excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is advantageous).
