As a Finance Controller, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, statements, and projections for the Business Division. You will oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Working closely with business teams, you will identify areas for improved efficiency and cost reductions to enhance margins. Your responsibilities will also include generating profitability summaries, conducting variance analysis, managing working capital, and supporting audits.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a CA/ACCA degree with at least 8 years of experience in similar roles. You should have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, commercial terms & warranties, business finance, receivables & payables management. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with various teams within the organization to drive financial performance improvements.
