As an FM Civil Supervisor with us, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and maintenance projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections of civil structures, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing project budgets, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate for this position must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and facilities management is required, along with professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in additional languages like Arabic or French is highly desirable. Strong technical skills in project management software and excellent interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
