As an HR Officer, your responsibilities will include receiving and processing Manpower Requirement Requests, sourcing candidates from various recruitment platforms, screening CVs based on job specifications, arranging interviews, and coordinating with interviewers and candidates. You will also be responsible for drafting employment offers, managing approval processes, communicating offer acceptances with candidates, and facilitating the processing of work permits and employment visas through coordination with the Admin Officer and PRO.

Additionally, you will oversee all joining formalities for new employees, including data entry into the HR system, issuing appointment letters, and facilitating the induction program. You will serve as the primary contact for employee-related concerns, manage requests for certificates and letters, handle disciplinary actions, maintain disciplinary action records, oversee the employee separation process, coordinate timesheet updates with departments for accurate payroll processing, process leave salary and end-of-service pay through the HR system.

Furthermore, you will play a key role in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), coordinating internal and external training programs, developing learning and development strategies to enhance business performance, securing online learning resources for continuous learning opportunities. You will supervise the delivery of training programs to ensure alignment with the annual training calendar or ad hoc requests.
