Our company, a leading organization in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking an HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Specialist, you will partner with senior management to drive initiatives related to leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, reward systems, and change management.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies tailored to our various branches while ensuring alignment with overall company goals. Your duties will include overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, managing compensation and benefits packages, implementing performance management systems, and creating training and development plans. Additionally, you will lead organizational development projects to support the evolution of our structure and recruitment efforts.

As an integral part of our HR team, you will provide support to employees across multiple locations and sister concerns. You will collaborate closely with department heads to identify HR needs and facilitate effective communication between teams and HR departments. Moreover, you will play a key role in conducting employee orientation programs, managing payroll processes, handling off-boarding procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records in SAP for UAE & GCC.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can effectively manage various aspects of HR operations while upholding confidentiality standards at all times. Key Job Requirements:
