MEP Project Manager

As an MEP Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects from initiation to completion. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. You will collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Additionally, you will review design drawings, specifications, and project documentation while managing and mitigating risks to achieve successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) along with at least 10 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards is essential. The ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating strong leadership skills is key. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities are also necessary for providing regular updates to stakeholders.
