Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team that includes technicians and engineers. Your role will involve delivering projects in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as SIRA and MCC. You will need to demonstrate technical proficiency with technologies like VMS, PSIM, Access Control, and Automation. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare reports on project milestones, escalate issues internally and externally when necessary, train your team on best practices for service delivery, identify risks proactively, resolve conflicts effectively, and understand contract terms.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 7-8 years of experience in the GCC region within the ELV Industry. Certification from leading vendors is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for this role as you will be interacting with both internal teams and external stakeholders regularly. Proficiency in Autocad and MS Project is required along with a deep understanding of industry-related processes and documents. • Minimum 7 – 8 Year GCC experience required in ELV Industry.
