Project Manager

Our company, a leading infrastructure management firm in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking a proficient Project Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of roads, bridges, and infrastructure assets. As a Project Manager with us, you will be responsible for liaising with the Department throughout all project stages, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Your duties will include supervising automated data collection using Laser Crack Measurement System & Mobile Mapping LiDAR Scanners, as well as utilizing your expertise in pavement maintenance, decision trees, deterioration models, and asset valuation. You will develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, budget, timeline, and required resources for successful project completion.

To support you in your role effectively, you will have a team of skilled professionals including survey engineers, Pavement Specialists, GIS Specialists, GIS Technicians, Pavement Condition Inspectors, Data Processing Technicians/Analysts along with equipment support staff. Together with this team of experts under your guidance and leadership, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes within specified timelines. Your responsibilities will also involve overseeing survey work follow-ups, preparation of scopes of work and time plans, equipment operation maintenance and calibration supervision.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum B.Sc in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline along with over 15 years of experience in infrastructure management.
