You will oversee daily operations such as ordering, merchandising, managing inventory levels, and maintaining product quality. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a degree in any discipline with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the FMCG Retail Industry. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, business acumen, sales expertise, leadership qualities, and proficiency with technology are important attributes for success in this role. Candidates with South African or Indian nationality are preferred.
