As the Senior Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within our organization. This includes managing accounting processes, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will play a crucial role in optimizing cash flow management, implementing cost control measures, and enhancing profitability through efficient working capital optimization. Your expertise in handling trade finance instruments such as Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs) for international transactions will be essential in developing strong banking relationships to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
Furthermore, your role will involve developing tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities for our free zone operations by ensuring compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations. You will work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) while managing transfer pricing documentation to avoid tax liabilities in related-party transactions. Additionally, you will oversee compliance reporting related to Economic Substance Regulation (ESR), UAE AML laws, and corporate governance frameworks.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a CA or equivalent qualification with at least 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts within multinational or trade-intensive businesses. Experience in external audit management, compliance reporting (ESR, AML), and hands-on financial operations across multiple countries are essential requirements.
