We are currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for developing the overall financial strategy, leadership, and risk management across our various business units. This role involves collaborating with the senior leadership team to define and implement short-term and long-term strategies that align with our overarching goals. The CFO will also lead efforts in identifying new revenue opportunities while ensuring compliance with debt covenants and financial obligations.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Master’s degree in finance or Business Administration, along with professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent. They should have a minimum of 20 years of finance experience at the C-suite level overseeing large international businesses, particularly in commercial trading, real estate, and investment sectors. Experience in implementing ERP Finance systems like SAP is highly desirable. Strong communication skills are essential for influencing senior management and key stakeholders effectively.
