As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Finance Manager - Arabic Speaker to join our dynamic team and oversee all financial operations within the organization.
The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, effective cost control measures, and full compliance with tax regulations. This individual will lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounts in accordance with internal policies and IFRS standards. Working closely with department heads, the Finance Manager will drive budgeting processes to ensure financial targets are met across all functions. Additionally, this role involves providing valuable financial insights to senior management to support strategic planning and enhance overall business performance.
Key responsibilities include managing cash flow planning, monitoring daily cash flow activities, overseeing banking relationships, credit facilities, insurance coverage, VAT compliance in UAE tax regulations, as well as coordinating internal and external audits for timely completion. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for leading and developing a finance team of 3 direct reports and 20 indirect reports.
To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce along with a professional certification such as CA, CPA or ACCA. A minimum of 10 years of finance experience is required with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in large-scale ERP systems like Dynamics 365 is preferred along with strong knowledge of IFRS standards, financial forecasting techniques, budgeting practices and cost control measures. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for effective leadership within the finance team.
