Our company, a leader in the logistics and supply chain industry in the United Arab Emirates, is currently looking for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the overall financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in accounting and audit, possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, and demonstrate a strong understanding of the logistics and supply chain sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasts to support business decisions.
- Oversee internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze costs and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Provide insights based on financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and mentor the finance team to create a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Ensure timely filing of taxes and adherence to tax regulations.

Qualifications:
Education: CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification
Experience: 5+ years in accounting, finance planning preferably within logistics
Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software, ERP systems; strong Excel skills
Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Communication: Strong verbal & written communication skills
Leadership: Proven experience managing finance teams
