As the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include monthly book closing and MIS reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information for management decisions. You will also be responsible for financial planning and analysis, cost management, cash flow management, compliance with regulations and internal controls, financial operations supervision, business partnering with cross-functional teams, and risk management strategies implementation.

To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting as well as professional certifications like CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA. A minimum of 7-10 years of finance experience with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role is required. Experience in FMCG, retail or similar industries is preferred. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with UAE VAT laws are essential technical skills needed for this position.
