Financial Analyst

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst who will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify potential business trends and issues. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key senior executives on strategic initiatives by developing financial models and insights related to various areas such as retention forecasts, campaign planning, return on investment analysis, resource allocation, and prioritization. This individual will be responsible for maintaining Area/Segment-level Bookings and P&L forecasting on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.

As a Financial Analyst at our company, you will work closely with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis. You will be tasked with tracking monthly and quarterly performance metrics, comparing actual results against expectations, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and communicating findings to business partners effectively. Additionally, you will lead the monthly and quarterly close process in collaboration with the Accounting team.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. They should have at least 3 years of experience as a Financial reporting analyst with proficiency in financial planning, budgeting & forecasting skills. Strong analytical skills, expertise in building financial models and forecasting tools are essential for success in this role. Certification in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) would be advantageous. Experience in the beauty, cosmetics or retail industry as well as familiarity with spreadsheet and ERP systems such as NetSuite are considered valuable assets.

• 3+ years of experience as a Financial reporting analyst.
• Experience in spreadsheet and ERP systems; NetSuite experience preferred.
