We pride ourselves on providing exceptional financial services to our Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) and are currently seeking a dedicated Financial Controller to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial control and analysis activities at the private office level, managing both corporate and private accounting functions. This role involves approving requests, reviewing monthly reports, budgets, annual financial statements, and coordinating internal control policies and system implementations.
As the Financial Controller at Confidential, your main responsibilities will include handling accounting tasks for both companies under the Private Office umbrella as well as private matters. You will collaborate closely with the UBO and accounting team to approve quotes, orders, invoices, and payments. Additionally, you will be tasked with verifying monthly reconciliations of debtors/creditors, banks, loans accounts while reviewing monthly closing procedures to identify variances against prior periods and budgets. Furthermore, you will play a key role in managing the budgeting process including treasury forecasts and financing requirements while overseeing annual accounts.
