As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic Financial Controller to join our team. The Financial Controller will serve as the key Finance Business Partner to the General Manager, ensuring strategic alignment with company standards while supporting revenue-generating activities, optimizing costs, enhancing cash flow, and providing actionable financial insights.
As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in coordinating with Finance Shared Services to deliver appropriate accounting transaction services for our companies in line with agreed Service Level Agreements. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing annual audited financial statements in collaboration with the Group Accounting Manager and external auditors according to Group Accounting Standards. You will work closely with Group Accounting and Group Treasury to secure funding for payments in compliance with Group policies.
Furthermore, you will provide strategic input into the periodic Business Plan, prepare financial plans reflecting business objectives, conduct financial forecasting, review performance reports, implement internal controls, identify corrective actions for adverse performance, review capital expenditure plans for appropriate returns on investment, manage costs effectively within budgets, advise on inventory levels and disposal of non-moving items to minimize losses. Your involvement in new projects will include budgeting, planning execution, financial due diligence on acquisitions, and pricing strategies.
