As the Director of Finance, your key responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely preparation of P&L statements, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insightful financial analysis to department heads. You will mentor and develop the finance team, oversee lease agreements and fees, manage cash flow effectively, implement internal controls for efficiency and compliance, and maintain strong banking relationships. Additionally, you will collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives and drive performance across the organization.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred) along with at least 5 years of finance experience, including 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality industry. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite is essential. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability in dynamic environments, and a collaborative mindset are also key qualifications we are looking for in potential candidates.
