Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, your responsibilities will include leading the financial planning process by managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities across all business units. To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; an MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within a holding company or multinational organization is required. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills are essential along with proficiency in financial software such as Hyperion or Adaptive Insights and advanced MS Excel capabilities. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail are crucial as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
