A leading technology company with extensive experience in the GCC market, across a wide range of industries, including the health sector, BFSI, Defense and Military, Communications, Aerospace and Aviation, Logistics and Transportation, Utilities and Energy and the Public Sector is seeking a HR Business Partner to lead the company's HR function.
This is an operational role, you will be leading HR initiatives on the ground, with 1-2 direct reports. You will lead activities such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and be responsible for delivering the HR strategy. This role reports into the group CHRO with day to day reporting into the CEO of technology company.
The role can be summarized in the following points:
Partner with business leaders and group HR in achieving organizational objectives whilst providing a efficient service to all employees.
Implementation and delivery of all HR-related SLAs and KPIs.
Lead the business HR function while acting as a trusted advisor to the business CEO and GCHRO.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years as a HR Manager or HRBP with over 7 years overall HR experience.
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Experience in a tech company and hands-on experience of capturing talent within tech-related industries.
