Infrastructure Manager

Our organization, one of the Leading Insurance Companies in UAE, is currently seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As the Infrastructure Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the right IT infrastructure is in place and available for uninterrupted business operations. You will be tasked with implementing operational plans to meet user needs, ensuring objectives are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you will provide support for the operation and maintenance of major applications, networks, and hardware to meet service levels and standards while addressing user and business needs.

You will also play a crucial role in maintaining IT hardware to required standards and providing users with training and support to resolve operational issues promptly. Collaborating with users to determine their current and future operational business needs will be essential, ensuring all requests are documented thoroughly. Moreover, you will support the execution of technical projects by coordinating with other IT sections and departments as needed to achieve operational objectives efficiently.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, along with 9-12 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure management. A preferred certification such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or any related certification would be beneficial. Proficiency in English language is required for this role.
