Regional Finance Director

As the Regional Finance Director, you will lead and manage all finance activities within the region, including accounting, reporting, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, and risk management. You will develop and implement financial strategies aligned with our business objectives while establishing processes and controls to support our financial goals. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, managing the annual audit process, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial analysis for decision-making, monitoring performance against budgets and forecasts, optimizing cash flow management, managing risk strategies, safeguarding company assets through effective controls, driving cost-saving initiatives for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA/ACA, ACCA) or equivalent with over 10 years of experience in senior finance roles within multinational contexts. You should have a strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards along with proficiency in FP&A, budgeting, treasury management, and risk management. Excellent communication skills are essential along with proven leadership capabilities to build high-performing teams.
