As the Senior Manager Business Finance - Commercial/ Operations, you will be responsible for managing the financial analysis requirements from stakeholders and designing the overall roadmap to enable advanced analytics within the business unit. Your role will involve overseeing financial risk in strategic projects, guiding annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as facilitating performance reviews and management reporting. Additionally, you will play a key role in advising on compliance issues and corrective actions while collaborating with the central Finance function to ensure alignment of financial practices.
To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. An advanced degree or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management and a proven track record of leading financial analysis and strategic initiatives, you should demonstrate strong understanding of data analytics and capability to manage large data sets. Your expertise in financial planning processes, budgeting, forecasting, managing financial risk, and ensuring compliance with regulations will be crucial for success in this role.
