As part of our expansion plan, we are looking for an ambitious Finance Manager - Corporate Tax to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

The Finance Manager will report directly to the Head of Finance and play a crucial role in advising clients on their tax obligations while managing tax impacts on their businesses. Responsibilities include providing corporate tax advice on international projects, ensuring global tax compliance for clients across various jurisdictions, preparing detailed technical advice on tax issues, building strong client relationships, participating in business development activities to generate revenue for the firm's tax practice, and contributing to formal training plans for team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, hold a professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA), possess outstanding analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities.

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
• Prior experience in a client facing role preferably within the Big 4
• Experience in withholding tax process preferred
• Professional qualification such as ACA, CTA, ADIT, ACCA or equivalent preferred
• Bachelor's degree from a leading university with concentration in finance, accounting, or economics
• Candidates with ACA, CTA, ADIT, ACCA or equivalent qualifications

• Advise clients on planning implications of international projects
• Deliver high quality tax engagements for Senior Management to review in a timely manner
• Participate in developing formal training plans and implementation for team members
• Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients
