We are currently seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with named accounts in the UAE, driving revenue across our services offerings, ensuring business growth customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with clients to define and implement strategies aligning with their needs and goals while leveraging Crayon's IT solutions to deliver value. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts aiming to increase revenue.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in key account management within the IT services industry, focusing on strategic accounts. Experience selling cloud-based solutions and services along with solid knowledge of the UAE IT and technology landscape is essential. You should be results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills capable of developing effective relationships at all levels from technical to CXO.
