As the Finance Manager for CE-Creates, you will play a crucial role in providing detailed financial and commercial evaluation of projects within the division. Your responsibilities will include developing financial plans for projects, overseeing financial KPIs, accounting practices, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms for both CE-Creates and its portfolio companies. You will be instrumental in offering accurate financial insights to support decision-making processes within the division.

In addition to your involvement in financial analysis during the concept development phase of projects, you will also be responsible for building standardized financial models, forecasts, and budgets across the portfolio. Your role will extend to establishing best-in-class financial standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all projects under the CE framework. Furthermore, you will oversee the development of strong accounting departments for CE-Creates at both divisional and project levels while ensuring compliance with international accounting standards like IFRS.

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Experience in developing financial models for early-stage ventures
  • Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CFA preferred
  • Experience in incubation platforms or start-up environments
