Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager at CrownFarms, you will play a crucial role in overseeing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance to support the Company's overall goals. Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate and timely financial reports, developing cash flow forecasts, managing budgets, optimizing costs for profitability, ensuring tax compliance, and leading a team of finance professionals.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records using the Company's core accounting system and implementing robust financial controls. Additionally, you will collaborate with the wider management team to align finance operations with strategic goals and position the department as a key business enabler. Your strong leadership skills and ability to motivate your team will be essential in achieving professional and efficient results.

Ideal candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus), proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, strong understanding of financial management principles, proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools, excellent analytical skills with problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate taxation is highly desirable.

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
