Quality Assurance Manager

CSCEC Middle East is a leading construction company operating in the United Arab Emirates, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality projects in the region. We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team for a large-scale High Rise Towers project in Dubai.

As the QA/QC Manager, your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing the Project Quality Plan and Procedures. You will be responsible for setting up the structure of the project quality team, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting project leaders in establishing performance metrics. Regular surveillance at the site, reviewing project specifications, preparing Inspection Test Plans, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders for nonconformities management are key aspects of this role.

Additionally, you will oversee the inspection system framework, material inspection processes, quality testing teams, equipment calibration program, and internal training programs. Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and conducting internal audits to maintain quality standards will also be part of your duties. Your expertise in Civil Engineering coupled with at least 15 years of relevant experience managing High Rise Tower Projects will be crucial for success in this role.
