Senior Accountant

D43 Group, a prominent financial services company based in the United Arab Emirates, is currently looking to hire a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team. As the Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst at D43 Group, your key responsibilities will include preparing monthly financial statements and cost center reports with accuracy and timeliness. You will also be responsible for developing and presenting monthly dashboards and presentations for internal stakeholders. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the group budgeting process, supporting the development of financial forecasts and variance analyses, overseeing supplier payments while ensuring adherence to internal controls and policies, maintaining accurate records in accordance with IFRS standards, ensuring compliance with VAT and corporate tax regulations through timely preparation and submission of tax filings.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. A CPA, CMA or equivalent certification is preferred. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis within a corporate environment, you should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ERP systems is considered an advantage. Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT regulations, corporate tax laws coupled with exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex financial data are essential for this role. Excellent communication skills are also required to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
