As the Finance Manager at Daikan, you will be responsible for supervising and training the accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient daily operations. You will provide leadership in cost control by implementing strategies that enhance profitability while collaborating with department heads to optimize operational performance. Additionally, you will oversee financial statement preparation, conduct detailed analysis to identify improvement areas, and deliver strategic plans to empower decision-making across the organization.

Ideal candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. A Master's degree or CPA/CFA qualification is preferred. You must have proven experience as a Finance Manager or senior finance executive in the F&B industry or related sectors with at least 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles. In-depth knowledge of cost control techniques, financial analysis, budgeting in the restaurant business is essential along with excellent financial forecasting skills.
