Credit Analyst

As a Credit Analyst at Daikin Middle East and Africa, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive credit evaluations for potential and existing customers. You will recommend appropriate credit limits based on insurance backing and other credit analysis factors to balance sales opportunities with risk mitigation. Your role will involve processing customer credit applications following corporate standards, reviewing financial statements, and approving credit lines backed up by detailed records and compliance documentation.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners such as banks, credit insurance companies, and credit rating agencies to optimize insurance coverage against credit risks. Engaging directly with clients to address account issues, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and reduce risks of bad debt will be crucial. Additionally, maintaining up-to-date documentation for SOX compliance and performing periodic compliance checks are essential responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A and corporate finance within an MNC setting. Familiarity with the HVAC industry or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, excellent planning abilities, and familiarity with international working environments are required. • Minimum of 3 years experience in FP&A and corporate finance in MNC
