We are currently seeking a Manager, Business Relations (Medical - PMP) to join our team. As a key leader at Daman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of departmental strategies aligned with our overall company goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance business relations, creating business cases for projects/initiatives, and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Your expertise as a subject matter expert in specific functions will be invaluable in driving successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess 8+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Prior consulting/business analysis experience is required, along with a background in account management or client relations within the healthcare sector. A Project Management Certification would be advantageous. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication capabilities, and proficiency in project management methodologies are essential for success in this role.
