Chief Financial Officer

Decentralized Masters, a leading DeFi education provider globally, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. As the CFO at Decentralized Masters, you will be responsible for developing financial strategies aligned with our growth objectives and ensuring long-term financial sustainability as we expand globally. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and executing ambitious growth plans. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial planning processes, directing the preparation of financial statements and budgets, managing cash flow and liquidity, supervising finance personnel, analyzing operational efficiencies, and providing reliable financial forecasts to the executive team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles with startup experience preferred. A proven track record as a CFO or similar leadership role is required, along with expertise in investment banking, venture capital, fundraising, treasury management, and financial forecasting. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking capabilities, knowledge of corporate finance laws and tax practices in the MENA region and US markets. A BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance is required (MSc/MBA preferred), along with strong networking abilities within Dubai.
