As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and offering insights that drive strategic decision-making processes. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will ensure accurate financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support the overall success of the organization.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Financial Controller in conducting comprehensive financial analysis, preparing reports on financial performance by comparing actual results with budgets and forecasts, and developing ad-hoc reports to provide insights into specific business areas. Additionally, you will assist in annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasts while maintaining financial models, databases, and systems to uphold data accuracy and integrity.
To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field along with at least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling, budgeting, financial reporting is essential. Advanced skills in Excel and real estate software such as Argus or Yardi are required. Moreover, your ability to create and present detailed financial reports including profit & loss statements and balance sheets is crucial.
