The General Manager will serve as the administrative leader and works effectively with senior staff. He/she is expected to provide engaging leadership role for the company, and inspire staff towards achieving positive results. The General Manager oversees all business entity operations, including general administration departments, member and guest communications, general conditions budgets/forecasts, company staffing, and office/field project management and all projects. Responsibilities include welcoming new club members, coordinating with sales and marketing team, managing the business in a fiscally responsible manner, recruiting/hiring essential management staff, overseeing HOA/COA functions, delivering an unparalleled experience for members through creative programming of events and activities, promoting a positive work environment for staff, and being visible to departmental heads within Operations. Qualifications include minimum of 5 years leadership experience in high-end or luxury hospitality/golf environment, entrepreneurial mentality, strong customer service skills, performance management abilities, exceptional communication skills, ability to work flexible hours/schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays. Ability to meet physical demands of the position is required.
