Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for various key functions within the accounting department. This includes ensuring timely and accurate financial closing in compliance with IFRS standards on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Additionally, they will lead the audit process by liaising with both external and internal auditors to maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves overseeing project cost accounting activities, managing cash flow, monitoring inventory accounting, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.

Moreover, the Finance Manager will supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance and leadership as well as allocating resources efficiently to ensure financial stability. They will also be responsible for implementing automation processes including going paperless/digital and adopting modern technologies such as dashboards, bots, and AI into accounting practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting along with a Chartered Accountant/CPA qualification. They should possess at least 10 years of proven work experience as a Head of Finance or similar role in real estate development or construction.
