Finance Manager (Short-Term Contract)

As part of our team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Yardi software solutions to streamline financial operations and support business performance.

As the Finance Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the Yardi software systems, providing user support and training for employees, developing best practices for effective software utilization, collaborating with other departments to improve system integration, performing data analysis for informed decision-making, staying updated on software features, and working closely with the IT department to resolve technical issues related to Yardi.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field along with 2-5 years of experience working with Yardi software in a real estate or property management context. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, proficiency in data analysis and reporting are essential. Candidates with experience in other property management software systems are preferred.
