As Assistant Manager - Accounts Receivables at DHCM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all receivables, billings, invoicing cycles, and customer account reconciliations for the organization. Your responsibilities will include revenue processing, manual transactions & account reconciliation, debt recovery & customer relations, reporting & analysis, auditing & compliance, as well as system enhancement & process improvement.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business administration along with professional qualifications such as CA/CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent. You should have a minimum of 4-6 years of post-qualification accounting/auditing experience within a large real estate or retail conglomerate, with at least 2 years of demonstrated A/R and billing experience in the Middle East. Proficiency in accounting principles such as IFRS, GAAP, company laws, systems knowledge including Oracle Financials (R12/Cloud), Hyperion experience, advanced MS Excel skills are essential. You should also have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, communication/presentation skills.

Key Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 4-6 years post qualification accounting / auditing experience within a large real estate or retail conglomerate

Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Processing: Preparing timely and accurate invoices for all cost recovery and services
  • Manual Transactions & Account Reconciliation: Processing manual transactions, reviewing incorrect postings, conducting monthly/quarterly/yearly account closures, reconciling accounts receivable sub-ledgers with general ledger accounts
  • Debt Recovery & Customer Relations: Following up on outstanding amounts, preparing NOC documents, addressing customer billing queries, resolving payment issues or discrepancies
  • Reporting & Analysis: Preparing monthly revenue reports, receivables aging reports, supporting line manager in preparing financial and statistical reports for management
