We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager - Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in collaborating with shared services for Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining functional procedures, internal controls, and reporting standards while overseeing specific areas within the department's operations. This role involves liaising with business partners within and outside DHRE, monitoring SLAs with shared services, overseeing accounts receivable operations, managing reports for management and statutory purposes, reviewing processes and policies, among other responsibilities.

The successful candidate will possess ACA/CPA/ACCA qualifications with 4-5 years of professional experience managing high volumes of receivables in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of IFRS guidelines, VAT compliance, hands-on accounting experience in real estate or construction industries is essential. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion and Unifier is preferred along with an understanding of RERA Transaction Accounting System and escrow payment mechanisms. Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines, and a commitment to process improvement are key attributes we seek.
