Assistant Director - Infrastructure - Dubai Holding Land Estates

Dubai Properties Group LLC, a prominent real estate development company in the United Arab Emirates, is seeking an Assistant Director - Infrastructure to join their team. With a focus on strategic planning and management of infrastructure systems, this role plays a crucial part in overseeing comprehensive infrastructure services across Dubai Holding's diverse portfolio, including Nakheel, Meydan, Limitless, Dubai Land assets, and master-planned communities.

The Assistant Director - Infrastructure will be responsible for directing the planning, coordination, and management of dry, wet, and transportation infrastructure. This includes ensuring seamless service integration across various systems such as electrical, telecom, street lighting, potable water, sewerage, irrigation, district cooling, gas, and transportation. The incumbent will update master plans to incorporate current and future road networks with an emphasis on growth corridors and sustainable urban development.

In addition to overseeing these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will manage three distinct infrastructure fields within the department: Electrical and Dry Services focusing on capacity allocation and utility corridors; Wet Services concentrating on hydraulic modeling and district cooling; Transportation and Traffic Systems directing transportation strategies and traffic impact studies. Moreover, they will act as the primary liaison with external authorities like RTA, DEWA, DM (Dubai Municipality), Empower among others to ensure compliance with regulations and secure timely project approvals.

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure planning and management
• Experience working with key authorities such as RTA, DEWA, and Dubai Municipality
• Experience in strategic planning for infrastructure systems
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Law No. 6 of 2006 on cost-sharing agreements
• Project management certification
